🕑 Added 2021-06-29 10:48:12 +0000 UTCAs kind of expected, I am still getting to grips with how to do this properly and my day job has proven very suddenly been taking up more of my life than expected on account of a very minor promotion.
I believe there are still 3 requests from the last batch I have yet to publish. Rest assured these are still on their way. They will be slightly late and I am sorry. They have proven complex and requesters have in some cases amended their requests after I have already begun.
THE BIG THING:
At the start of July I will be accepting new batches of requests from anyone who spent 10 dollars the previous month.
However, and I am really sorry. I HAVE to limit the available slots.
The sudden immense demand has meant even with extra time I have been really swamped. At the moment the only content I have been making is requests and I feel like, though good, it's not what you guys originally supported me for.
I need to limit the request slots so that we can keep on actually seeing pages of totenzaster and comics and all the things I was working on that brought you guys here in the first place.
I can only apologize profusely for the shifting schedule and policies. As always, if spending 10 dollars for no guarantees is not worth it (and that is a very reasonable standpoint to take) then I implore you not to do it. There are a lot of artists and creators out their who can offer you guarantees. I am not there yet. I am still very much learning.
SO. At the start of July I will be re-opening requests with an anchor post. There will be 10 slots available. I will pick a good time of day, I hope, for most of you.
In the interest of fairness, maybe we can do a thing where if someone cant be part of two request batches in a row. Let me know what you think. Please don't be shy.
I appreciate your patience very very much and I cannot stress enough that it's okay to back out and lower your pledge.

As long as you're taking care of yourself pal, I'll be more than happy. Kind of hypocritical since I am not one of the 10-pledgees, but I believe almost every one of us won't blame you or think that's the wrong choice.

Oh, we would also suggest perhaps limiting to only 5-10 slots a month? However many you think you can handle. Do not attempt to appease us all. That way lies burnout.

Stand by what I said on twitter, all this is just gravy. This method sounds fine so hopefully it'll help with your peace of mind. Congrats on the work thing (I guess?), doesn't really sound like a great place to be but we all need to get supper on the table somehow.

No requests in a row sounds fair to me. I mean, I've been enjoying your stuff for years, requests are just a tiny bit of icing on this enormous cake for me, if that metaphor makes any sense.
