She might do it anyways as it's a passion of hers. Her inability to cook is a two fold reference. Firstly, to American Psycho. The main character has an amazing kitchen and expensive cooking equipment but when they try cooking and eating one of their victims (pacha hasn't done this) and they botch it complete and then realise they've never cooked anything in their entire life and start crying. Secondly it's a refence to a copypasta meme about girls born after 1993 not knowing how to cook or do anything besides eating hot chip, twerking, being bisexual and lying. made me laff.
