Well Asimov was a multidisciplinary scientist who stuck to facts and/or logical constructs based on known facts sometimes to the detriment of drama, and who did comment on Shakespeare (not ALWAYS kindly to be polite), while Shakespeare was known to slip and slide on facts more than a little for the sake of a story and was excessively prone to flowery language and slang, so... yeah, I could see them having a few issues!
