I feel you've missed a trick here. As there are different personality types, there are different guru types. What you really want is something analogous to the MyersβBriggs Type Indicator (MBTI), but for gurus: the Kavanagh-Brown Type Indicator (KBTI), no doubt a sure-fire way to high rankings in the Apple podcast Society and Culture charts.
