I started a twitter doom scrolling habit 2020 Nov 3 and it persisted until 2021 Jan 20th. After that I was free to ignore politics again (phew). I still obsess over that time months later. Having only recently discovered Dinging the G, I had to hear your guru round-ups on the topic. TANGENT: I'm sure you know that Scott Adams was a guest on the Sam Harris podcast. Sam had asked the Trumpkin members of his audience "who is the smartest, most articulate Trump supporter who might have a chance at explaining why I'm wrong in thinking Trump is a monster" (paraphrased) and the best Trumpkins could come up with was that vile worm Scott Adams.

I only just finished watching this video and LOLed at the 44 minute mark – Eric's solution to everything is for the media to talk the the 20 IDW folk on his rolodex. The sad thing is that I think he really believes that.

I (Chris) actually listened to the Conspirituality podcast that covered this same topic and it was really interesting. It is out of our usual sphere but that isn't a bad thing. I think getting into the weeds with the Q phenomenon is something we should do at some point!

Thanks for chatting. After months of avoiding news, I’ve actually been disappointed with the relative dearth of substantive content over the last day and a half. Maybe I have to pay for Apple News+. Anyway it was good to hear what the IDW sphere has been up to. I abandoned Twitter months ago and have no plans of returning.
