I had a good time talking with Meghan and I am glad she was willing to have the conversation given her social network and interests.

It’s many things, but particularly and what Chris speaks to in the secular heterodox sphere - the particular language pry on inherent bias and heuristics of the target cohort. I’m already sounding smart! Watch out! In analysis, I think It in many ways resembles the prosecutor's fallacy, or more generically the gamblers fallacy in how to describe the audience behavior. People are just generally really poorly equipped to make rational choices, especially when there are a lot of conditional variables. “Sounding smart” actually turns out to be very convincing, I guess!
