Release Schedule Update

Hi everyone,
Apologies are in order.
We wanted to get the Lex episode out this weekend but it just wasn't possible with our work & life schedule (mostly mine).
We will get it out this week and hopefully earlier rather than later but appreciate your patience.
In general, we've been a bit less active than usual this past 1-2 months because of deadlines and teaching duties and whatnot.
Nonetheless, we are still committed to make sure every month we get out at least 2 Full episodes and 2 Decoding Academia episodes (as well as any Gurometer episodes).
We've got a lot of things we want to get done but our constraint at the minute is time. For example, we wrote a 5,000 word article on the IDW a month ago, on request for a reasonably well-known publication, but we haven't been able to make the second round of edits yet. We also are due to give a conference presentation/submit a paper about the contrarian space in response to COVID and so far are lagging quite far behind out other co-authors' efforts.
This is all just academic whinging, which I'm sure everyone loves... but just wanted to let you know what's going on at the minute and why we are on a bit of a slower schedule. If any of you have any productivity tips or know how to keep young children from stealing all your energy by the end of the day let us know!

No worries there is life beyond podcasting. Besides, you both having a main non podcast income source hopefully makes audience capture less likely.

I quit my job just to be available to listen to this when it was released. Disappointed you can't show the same commitment
