Source Material for Upcoming Huberman Decoding

It was intended as a moderate sized decoding of a short piece of content but it ended up basically a full length episode (2hrs+) so if you want to be prepared to play along take a look at this.
Matt and I have a heated debate about whether going to a sushi restaurant or hanging out in a forest is better for your mental health so see if you can imagine how we get there.

One problem with this idyllic scenario is that fresh salmon jumping up river to spawn also means the probablity of a grizzly encounter. Fortunately, Chris can dress up in a bear costume and do a shamanic ritual to divert its attention while Matt can catch the salmons with his bare hands since he is accustomed to wrestling croccodiles like all Australians are from early childhood.
