To be clear we will do all three at some point but we just want to determine the order.

As someone above said, Chomsky is old, and may he live to be a hundred, but realistically he could go at any moment. You'd have to have a respectful period of mourning, and any decoding might be construed as a rude post-mortem (not that I think that would or should stop you but it might). And yes, no opportunity for him to reply. Brett and Eric are young, you'll potentially have years of fresh new material, but the expiration date on Chomsky draws ever nearer.

If I was to take ill and be given just two weeks to live, I don't think I'd be laying on my death bed regretting the fact I never got to listen to the decoding of Chomsky or McConaughey. However, not getting the chance to listen the brothers Weinstein on UFO's might be the biggest regret of my 42 years on this, or any other, planet. There has to be a strong chance this episode might even bring me back to life!

More Eric and Bret please!! The only problem with DtG is it has caused me to develop a weird sort of affection for the Weinsteins. Like how you feel about your favourite villains in a children's movie. Those bad 🐒🐒 🙈 in Madagascar.

Chomsky would be more interesting, Bret and Eric would be more entertaining. Maybe do a proper episode on Chomsky and a bonus episode on B and E. I suggest a Weinstein themed drinking game - you both take a shot (of GIN) every time the Gurometer dings!

I voted for the Weinstein Bros. Probably less insightful than doing the other two but more entertaining. By the way, I think Bret and Heather's focus on evolution and their bias toward what is natural isn't all bad. They just take it way too far.

Weinstein bashing, particularly on UFOs, sounds like fun. I voted for Chomsky tho, even if likely less amusing, bc helps the balance on the RW-lean on targets, also more of an epistemic challenge - i.e. not the intellectual equivalent of shooting fish in a barrel that you get with some of the saddoes like Gad (see what I did there?) and his ilk
