Mini-Huberman Decoding

In particular we are interested in the discussion he had relating to vaccines and autism. We think we might have noticed a thing or two that might have escaped others attention. About 7 years ago I started listening to Podcasts. Fisrt, I listened to Rogan but then realised he was a twat. Second, listened to Harris until I realised he was also bit of a twat. Not a complete dick like Rogan but not great. Third, I listened to Huberman. Thank christ I found DTG. 😁

Sadly, there are people in America, who are going anti-vax on their pets. I heard a radio interview with a woman in Austin, Texas who has a pit bull rescue and refuses to vaccinate her dogs against rabies.

Back in the 1990s I worked in a nightclub that, depending on the night catered to the hiphop community or the gay community. Depending on the night, my personality and mannerisms would be most conducive to earning the most tips. I think Huberman is doing the same.

The Influenza vaccine is essential and (Matt) it is made available at no cost in Australia to the most vulnerable communities (with different vaccines for different groups) in the United States the active monitoring for predictive measures for flu vaccines potentially saves thousands of lives and lots of dollars - it is an invaluable resource investment. It was a bit cringe to hear that the flu vaccine wasn’t worth the “bang for your buck” when there is at the same time a very active and large investment to predict the dominant strain and produce enough vaccine for the impacted population- it’s not like these things just make themselves due market forces of supply and demand!

I was quite taken aback when Huberman said one of the childhood vaccines in the U.S. is for rabies. He must be confusing a child with a dog or cat.
