NEXT BIG DRAWING
it looks like its shaping up to be something with cool mita from the horror game miside.
right now its just a little in shoe pov but id like to add in some side panels with some extra scenes and possibly a barefoot alt (idk about that one yet)
before working on this I was working on a drawing with Ubel from frieren it was from the Christmas drawing request form but I just haven't been able to get a good sense of how I want it to look so I've just been slowly chipping in on it for a few minuets each day
other art and sketches
Its a pretty lousy new year's resolution to just say "put out more art", its totally a resolution I've made before and never kept. maybe its my art style maturing a bit more and I'm starting to find that easier.
In-between bigger drawings I'm going to try pump out some slightly sketch-y-er paintings. stuff that I can share here exclusively (in the 4$ tier) and not feel the need to make it my highest effort or labor over it for days.
all these drawings will be in the sketch folder at the end of the month. or you can get them as I finish them on my patreon discord server now.
PICROSS GAME
Its something I've talked about often, that "I'm working on a game". the truth is I'm experimenting and trying to see what I can make. any game talk you have heard form me in the past is likely a project no longer in development. for a while I was working on a Maji (magic lady) game, I talked about in my last blog, that one got the furthest into alpha but ultimately the gameplay loop just never panned out very well and I stopped working on it.
now I think ive landed on something a lot more promising. I stole an idea from a game I really do like
i really enjoyed learning to play picross in Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S. its a pretty simple game there really isn't a whole lot too it and it might just be possible in ren'py, the game engine I spent the last couple of months learning.
im not a code guy but through my limited python experience, lamesoft forms and chatgpt I set up the basic gameplay system for picross, right now all it lets you do is pick a grid form a list of 32 maps, solve them and loop back.
while most of the time has been spent just getting everything to work I have spent some time working on the music, story and concept. its super early and I will probably make a lot of changes.

you might be thinking how can picross be sexy and why is there a picture of feet on the left??????
well this is not any ordinary pixel art painting picross the work you do in this game is very particular and very scientific. it might not even be that sexy if you aren't into being subjected to hours of analyzing giant women.
that's about all I can confidently show or say for now, I'm still just workshopping all my ideas and seeing what sticks.
THE COMIC
this is an update because occasionally I get asked about it.
2 blogs ago I teased a comic idea that I started work on. I'm afraid to say never got very far into that, I just got a very rough sketch done and didn't really feel like it was shaping up very well. I don't expect to pick it back up again any time soon so just assume its scrapped until stated otherwise.
its easy to get too optimistic about an idea and I'm very optimistic about making a new comic but I cant really force one. I think what works now for me is the short single page comics.
I'M BUILDING A COMPUTER
saying I need a new computer would be an exaggeration, its more so I have a storage problem on my pre-built system. ive been on the edge of a 500gb ssd for long time. each year I make about 60 gb worth of new art files. all of it is backed up on external memory and that is now what im working form.
I could just put the effort in to upgrade this system but its been 5 years and it would be fun to do a full upgrade and refresh. I love starting clean on a new system and this will be the first time im building it myself, if all goes according to plan I should have a pretty over powered workstation for all my needs. going from 500gb to 1tb is going to be such a relief (im a data hoarder it hurts to have to delete stuff because you never know when you might need it).
idk if that will put me out of commission for a day or two since, picking the parts took me about two days. it will be all arriving early next month anyway so ill probably be panicking in the discord if it all goes wrong.
DEVIANTART SUBSCRIPTION
i don't think this will matter to you guys much but I've opened up a very similar service to this patreon on my deviant art. there is a considerable price hike and im slowly re-building the content library over there so its not as big as patreon and likely never will be.
it seems like deviant art wants me to be a core plus member to manage it effectively while also asking for a cut of the profits so if you wonder why its double the price that is at least part of the reason.
just take it as a heads up that its all the same content as in the 4$ tier here so don't subscribe unless you really would rather use deviant art over patreon.

Honestly, for $4 I think your output is generous. I guess that’s why I don’t mind when you don’t reach those lofty goals you set, I don’t feel cheated because you’re still dropping like 10+ works a month

There are ways ive felt the “FOOOOLY SUPPORTER EXPERIENCE” sucks over the years but it still hurts to hear it. I don't want to get a reputation for over-promising, regardless it seems to have grown on me. How I run my patreon is simply to overshare and give as much of my creative output (related to size fetish) to fans as I can. It does serve as a sort of bandaid over making more significant content (like comics). Ive been doing this long enough to know that i'm not only making size content but primarily i'm using this as a creative outlet for myself. I use this account to experiment and improve as an artist, I’m assuming that was in everyone's interest but perhaps it is more serving to me. There is definitely a feeling like we are threading over the same ground, i'm always excited to give another shot at improving my rendering ability but I can see how that just wouldn't be exciting to anyone else. This is a foot centric size fetish patreon so there will be 100s more images of “GIANT FILTHY FEET” The “motherly feet” drawing took me many hours and it wasn't an entire pulitzerian effort, if it's not something people care for then I appreciate the feedback, I'm not really interested in comparing myself to other artists (there are too many differential factors, but primarily i like the art i make) if you're careful with who you want to support then i understand that. thanks for the long detailed response.

Let me tell you: The problem with supporting Fooooly's Patreon, and supporting Fooooly as an artist in general, IS THAT HE PROMISES AND PROMISES AND NEVER DELIVERS. That, combined with the fact that he is too damn lazy to build in any ORIG characters, plots, stories, or even commons threads linking one fucking picture to the next. Every month is just a splatter of half drawn sketches and a handful of completed colorized ones that are literally all of the same exact goddamn thing. Oh great, thanks FOOOLY, 100 more GIANT FILTHY FEET. AGAIN, with no TEXT, no STORY, no PLOT WHATSOEVER. The characters aren't even doing something that built off the last shot they were in, Why does this page exist? It is so insanely infuriating because Fooooly consistently half-asses EVERYTHING when I and you and we all know his style and content could be something great if he just gave ONE SINGLE FUCK. But he does not. And I not longer give a shit. There are so many other artists out there who produce truly stellar shit every month or week--something even damn DAY--that deserve my money more than than you.
