Would Dr K’s acceptance of donations/tips during his not-therapy “educational conversations” be considered profiteering? I realize that this is a standard revenue source for streamers, but in his case (esp. w/Reckful) it just feels exploitative. Profiting off the misery of others. . .

I would love to see a correlational analysis between the gurometer score and some measure of one’s just awfulness as a person. It’s probably positive but not necessarily that strong. As DR K’s score demonstrates one can be a moderate guru but a horrible person. Not everyone is a Scott Adams or Brett Weinstein.

the one example that stood out to me for alluding to "conspiracy" was in the dr mike interview, he was gesturing to some reason why all the scientific journals would refuse to publish studies if they had mentions of eastern mystisism stuff

Should have been 70%, but the gurometer has spoken. One cannot simply doubt the validity of pure science. Using pseudo-profound terms like "weighting", "non-linear functions" and "dimensions" will not get you out of the grip of the monster you have created. Hope the sarcasm was well received. Nicely done and I like the "moral grandstanding" addition to the gurometer!
