I know I shouldn't care about the logic of these metaphors, but isn't the phoenix the one burning down its nest in order to rise from its ashes? Yet Brett said that the institutions are the ones burning it all down. I'm so confused. If all they got is metaphors, they should at least be consistent. And on the Woodstock front, it looks like some of the crowd are the ones who went to Woodstock and took the infamous brown acid. Finally, am I the only one who saw Peterson crack up while Brand was preaching about the Kafkaesque nightmare world? It really is a clown car scene.
