Union Square area has good meetup spots and all the trains and is way less annoying and touristy than midtown...

I agree with Marshall that midtown is a good area -- in case people come in from outside Manhattan it's easy to get to. Would love to meet up!

Would love to see Matt in the city. Probably something in mid town would be the best for a meetup. There is a bar in Hell’s Kitchen called Rudy’s it’s a great dive bar with free hot dogs with every drink and a giant pig statue out front!
