The only time I remember Vince publicly crying was because Linda lost the Senate Race. WWE was 100% only focused on that, not the shows/stories.

Kane and Snyderverse Superman: just two normal men calling their parents by their first names only.

My girlfriend knows that John Cena is a wrestler but know him more as an actor. The first she saw him as a wrestler was this year on a Raw episode when he was already a heel. The first thing she said when she saw Cena was āwhat is he wearing? What is his character? I donāt get himā. š

Huge shoutout for the "nagger" reference! Well done, Oli. And any fan of baseball knows Ricky Henderson is one of the greatest ever.
Mr. Samuel Scratch
Agreed. Though they can talk about the botching of the beam-struggles all they like, Toriyama didn't give us a perfect visual metaphor for struggling willpower to see it wasted on "planting your feet and pointing."

2:23:30 I think the issue is that the baseball player is known for doing something that would be "cheating" (not really, stealing is fully legal, but know what I mean) while Rey is the #1 can never do wrong ulta babyface legend?

The funny thing is- Coleās totally wrong on Rickey Henderson; dude was a phenomenal offensive player even without stealing basesā¦.which he was *also* the best ever at

You guys just hush about Dobby. I bawled my eyes out in the theater when he died! And I wasn't the only one crying.

A show of tracking down all the crowd reaction people would be CLASS.

So I don't know if the wrestletalk talk Guys will read this as far as the MIz girl goes. I heard that she stopped watching wrestling several years ago i can't remember if it was a Reddit post. Or if she tweeted it herself but I remember I saw her saying during the time I believe when The Miz won his second world title during the thunderdome era. I honestly can't remember the contacts because it was so long ago. But somehow she reached out to let everyone know how she was doing. And that she was a lapse WWE fan who was happy for the miz winning his second world title because he was a really nice guy to her. And I think she was either in College\University or just graduating.

I love this and I love you guys. Thanks for making long work hours that much easier.

The thing that always bugged me about this Cena angle was that the stipulation made no sense. The GM said Cena had to listen to Barrett or he'd be fired but they took that as "Barrett is able to fire Cena whenever" which made no sense.
Benji
I think a lot of that stems from the WWE seeing John Cena as a talent AND a marketing tool. He must remain at least somewhat āconsistentā (i.e. bland) to keep toy sales and the youth demographic up. His gimmick can never truly change for the rest of time. Heāll be coming out to whabadabado when heās 80 at Mania.

Why is it that WWE never let Cena fully commit to the gimmick even now as a heel it's like he never really took it seriously and always felt like it was him pretending. He kept the same music. The same entrance, the same wrestling gear. I'm starting to believe John Cena is just a bad actor, he just wasn't believable.

This will be excellent to save for Monday Night when I have to work.. Also, I just watched the Dominion 6.9 Review in the Archives and that made me watch the main event online.. Okada v Omega is just a bit good aināt it.
