Alright alright! Great update! 👌 . . . . . . . . (Spoiler) Really cooking now, we’re finally getting into the doubles! 🔥 Hope there’ll be a double with Luna. And of course some sort of ‘grand finale’ scene at the end… can’t imagine what that would be like, after all the emotional connection with the characters that’s being built-up. That’s the thing about this one. This is actually ‘erotic’ not just sexual, as the characters gradually develop believable and genuine love for one another. And the story is detailed and long enough that as the audience we get to know each character more intimately, leading to the audience getting to develop genuine affection for the characters, too. Like in a good book or TV series. That can’t be done in a short and badly written story (as with most AVN). The kind of satisfying vibe of the love scenes in this game works because we have taken enough time to know and appreciate the characters. So as their relationships deepen, the audience feels it, too. So, dang— more group, please! 🥰 Really nice work. 👏👏👏

I just finished playing 0.8. How do you do it? How do you manage to keep blowing my mind chapter after chapter? I'm at a loss for words, this game is completely off the charts. I wish I could spend more money on a higher tier, you deserve every last penny. ... No pressure for 0.9 😉

I was able to transfer my saves from 0.7.4 to 0.8.4 by dragging and all the save files from [eternum location]\game\saves, but all the gallery scenes are locked in 0.8.4 now. Is there another file I need to transfer to unlock previous scenes in gallery? Very excited to play this release, thanks for all your hard work!

I'm currently replaying the game with the new update and I've just reached Eva. There aren't many 'games', stories, narratives, that actually, -actively- make me argue with them. And I appreciate Eternum for this. A lot. See, the MC is currently talking to her about the quality of 'reality'. And he's a smart cookie. But I'm inclined to disagree with him. I also disagree with Eva, though. It's not about if something is 'indistinguishable' from something else. 'Reality' itself is a fundamentally flawed concept. We accept things as 'real'. And that's the crux - we just accept it. Because what else are we supposed to do? Our senses are imperfect. There are wave lengths of light we cannot even -see-. Sounds we cannot hear. Even -with- the sensory input our addled minds actually actively process, there's a vast majority of input that just gets 'sorted out'. You're not consciously aware of each and every breath. You can be, if you actively think about it, but it otherwise gets pushed out of your active mind to not clutter it up with 'unimportant nonsense'. But that basically just means that even -with- our understanding of our world, our supposed 'reality', we lose a vast majority of what's actually there. These flesh-mecha's we steer around, which host our consciousness, are our only way of perceiving and interacting with the outside world. And there's a likelihood that there's layers to this 'existence', that there are plenty more things to perceive but we just lack the means to do that. And all that is already assuming that this existence, this 'reality', is even that to begin with. If I 'see' a green leaf and communicate that with my flawed vehicle called language, and you 'hear' those words and decrypt them with your mind - isn't that like playing telephone already? And is your concept of the color green actually the same as mine? How would we even know if it wasn't? This smart cookie is sitting there and he's baffled 'how anyone could have created this server'. I'm already rejecting the room he's currently in, not even mentioning the rest of the Ion-server, or the other servers. The feeling of texture of that couch he's sitting on? His sense of gravity? The fact that he's able to touch Eva and feel resistance, body heat, skin texture. With the required complexity of sensory input of our minds, I already consider that nigh-impossible. And as I said, I'm only talking about the freaking room he's in. For me, it's not even immersion-breaking that the vast majority of humanity just seems to have accepted Eternum's existence at face value. We humans are astonishingly good at ignoring glaring questions and obvious problems. Every time the concept of 'reality' gets called into question, I smile a little. And argue with people that may or may nor be real. After all, what's reality anyway, right? Gods, I love this story. Just had to rant a little. Moving on. It's probably impolite to keep Eva waiting forever. xD Thanks again, Caribdis.
