Mid March Updates and Regarding Commissions

There's some more characters I'm gonna introduce but the main ones are already finish so the rest are just gonna be quick test sketches. Afterwards it'll finally include some bondage, like tying up the knights to get a feel for it and setting up the situation they're getting into. So with that it's going smoothly.
Finally the more pressing matter for this post, with regards to commissions and its gonna be a long one so buckle up.
I know a lot of you are waiting for it and its been almost a year since I last opened commissions but I am very sorry to say that I might not open commissions for this year at all.
A lot of reasons such as lacking time compared previously and likely the way my style and how I make comics that made it more time consuming for example more added details to backgrounds compared to earlier flat color backgrounds and generally better lines, like have you seen the line work of chapter 1? it was bad.
But the biggest reason of all is that I might have to move out of the house in the coming months. You all know by now cause I've said this many times before that I didn't start out as an artist and didn't actually studied for it. I just began drawing lewds in my laptop cause I loved doing it and boom here we are five comic chapters and 3 years of Patreon.
Back then I was working and also studying for a license exam which I luckily passed but I made the decision to leave that behind to just try to be an artist and this would be the time where I found great success in it especially with starting Patreon which was the biggest turning point financially.
And we all know about the pandemic last year affecting businesses and the company I previously worked with had hard times and unfortunately had a sudden split along with leaving employees cause one of the main incorporators started his own firm.
For added context: My uncle runs a logistic firm and apart from the CEO the second person at the top would be the "Customs Broker" required to sign all those Imports and exports papers kinda like a lawyer. And my professional license was that of a Customs Broker.
All right what's all this gloomy talk about businesses got to do with tied up girls? Well I was supposed to be the cushion to soften the fall. My uncle and I knew this would happened eventually, I hold no grudge against that person for leaving my uncle behind, He was like everyone else aspiring to be his own boss and his own company.
I literally spent college for this and my uncle helped me and my family back then so I really have a lot to pay him back for it. He never said anything about it and always was happy even with my choice that I made and how it made my family's life better but I wish to take responsibility and helped the man who has helped me before.
So in a more simpler comparison I was like an knight to a land but decided to go on an adventure instead for my own interests. And so I have returned at my land's time of need to take responsibility.
I always knew I made the selfish decision even though I had success in it but I do wish to take responsibility and helped in the actual job that helped me in my time of need.
Though I would not give this up, I would still try to work on my projects and many others but also do an actual day job again. But it can be easy once I get the licensed renewed the best case scenario is that I'm just gonna sign papers and that's it. Still I am unsure how this would affect my work, remember when I pumped 4 commissions a month, that was when I was back in the city studying and having a day job. I guess the responsibilities at home are more time consuming than they seem to be plus the added factor of trying to avoid anyone seeing me work on tied up girls. So I'll be going back to the big city maybe get a small apartment an actually good one this time cause I actually got a lot saved up and start studying for the requirements of my license renewal along with having all the time to myself working on my art projects. Who knows what would happened.
So Its gonna be a while where I'll have to think about it but expect around June where I make that decision and to those that I already promised, I would still be working on those commissions. But once all of that is done then I might not open at all.
I am really grateful to everyone here who has supported me all these years, you've kept me from getting back there and just have the usual office job but this time it is by my own decision to return and try to strike a balance with the company and my art cause right now I might be able to negotiate some leniency in my work hours.
Thank you guys for staying with me and thank you for those who still plan to in the future, I'm not giving this up its just gonna be a change of schedule. Like Batman! hefty office man by day, lewd vigilante by night! Tying up girls for JUSTICE... ok maybe closer to daredevil cause I lose the charismatic rich guy points.

Many people throw away what they like to do in exchange for a regular job because they need to pay their bills. It is great that you are still able to keep working on what you like to do. But if you need to take care of your family and pay your bills, we completely understand, because that’s what most of us have to do. Best of luck to you and your family man. Stay strong.

You shouldn't rush projects as it effects the quality as for commissions when will you be open for them?
