It might be fooling you slighting as the arms are more exposed that the rest of her in that outfit, But I will extract and do a comparison as Blizzard are little buggers when it comes to body consistency. Sombra was the worst culprit for that.
Her model is kinda' interesting, because while she's got muscle definition, if you see her Engineer/Mechanic skin she's pretty lean.
It looks like a very nice mace, I'd put it above a fireplace.
