Video - First Lip Sync Test - SFW
🕑 Added 2018-06-21 07:30:19 +0000 UTC Click the above image with your sound on, don't worry its SFW.Having a go at lip syncing and though its not 100% there I think I would say its "passable" and I will improve over time.
This including the body movements (all animated manually) took about 2 hours.
As there is a lot of talking in the upcoming animation an the last time I did lip syncing was about 9 years ago I thought I would give it another try.
I would like to think more of an effort will be put into the final animation as it was getting late and put this on render without preview rendering.
Anyway thought I would share this to you and hope that you are looking forward to the upcoming animation.

I think it's a great first take. Lip sync is very difficult and tedious. I would not be surprised if it is a branch of animating one could specialize in. Anyway, it's always nice to see another animation from you ^_^

The jaw seems to be a bit too open during "call," but otherwise this looks really good

I have heard of it but its getting it to work with the character and cross compatibility too. there are some options to go down with programs.

There's an interested program, called "Facerig". Maybe you'll look it up and if you can use it in your projects for facial expressions and talk animations.
