I don't like the wink though... In my opinion, the wink ruins what would otherwise be an awesome image. Yes, I know that the whole "winking" thing is common in certain types of art (anime being a good example) - but in 99.9% of cases, I think it spoils the image.

Garters are used to hold up stockings with a garterbelt normally. Suspenders are used to hold up your pants. They hook to your pants or belt, go over your shoulders then go together and hook to the back of your pants or belt.
