Hahaha it's actually interesting the theory with Heimdal because it makes some sense with Citan's symbolism that he's one of the M Projects (e.g. base Seraph rather than base Wels) which would explain his power. And yes, technically, YES Renmazuo would beat Heimdal 1 on 1 especially with ether Billy
