Can you trace the evolution of anime aesthetics in JRPGs? Talking character design, narrative tropes, etc. Was this a natural development, or did one game/series/company innovate anime-style JRPG games?
Any noteworthy yet lesser known localization stories? I've always been curious about the logic behind those decisions, like how Persona 1 cut out content and changed some characters. Another example I can think of is all the 90s pop culture references in Lunar's script.
