Parting is such sweet sorrow
🕑 Added 2021-01-05 15:46:15 +0000 UTCBecause today we bid adieu to Jameson, our boarded fox. He is going home to Iowa and whilst we are so happy for him, and his mum Cassie, we are a little sad for us because it’s been an absolute pleasure caring for him these last few months.
Here he is, in his favourite spot, where he can watch the whole rescue and you can also see Jagger just above him, on the ‘poop deck’ as we like to call it!

People usually reach out, then, should we have space, they complete an application and pay a boarding fee of $95 a month. We will only board for a max of 6 months, unless there’s an extreme exception. Past that point, the fox automatically is surrendered to us. -Merri

How do foxes come to be boarded with you? Do the owners cover their costs while they stay?
What a sweet and handsome boy. I'm sure his mum will be glad to have him home.
