Photography Practice 14

I broke my phone on Saturday somehow so the only way I was able to get photos this week was with my camera, so I got quite a few for you all today!
I'm quite proud of a few in this batch but without a doubt the Stevie photo is my favorite. Maybe I'm a little biased though.
Out of curiosity I checked, and I have taken 3500 photos with this camera already!
Have a good week everyone!

Thank you! I had a sudden worry about her when I couldn't remember the last time I saw her cute face. :)

Yeah, spray and pray is a good strategy for foxes, kids, and too active people ๐๐๐ป

An unfortunate combination of poor equipment choices, and my subjects not wanting to cooperate lol. I was using my 300mm lens for most of these as most of the time I'm shooting from 5-10 feet away. But sometimes the foxes were in weird spots or refused to sit still resulting in me having to sort of shoot blindly without being able to see the screen or viewfinder and hoping for the best. You can definitely tell which photos used "Spray and pray" strategy lol. But sometimes it works out.

Mala is fine. But between the renovations and fall she's been a lot more reclusive than normal.

I haven't noticed any pictures of Mala in a while. Is she doing OK?

Very nice pics! Stevie is the best, and Fawzy takes the second place, but a lot of them are really good! I see you have a tendency to make the same... lets call it a mistake... as I used to make. Getting the object a tad too big in the pic. A full frame, often almost touching the edge of the pic (and in a few photos actually touching). I had to teach myself to leave a little space around the object, e.g. the face/head, as it looks better than when the pic is full of it edge to edge. Take just a little bit of distance. You can always crop it a bit in post process. And it also helps a lot when you need to rotate the pic to align the horizon - that can crop the pic crazy fast, so better have some estate to crop from. ๐ But altogether, you are making a great progress and I love your pics!
