An update on Joker aka J.J
🕑 Added 2025-04-21 14:00:45 +0000 UTCA couple weeks ago, we posted that Joker/J.J had to go to the emergency vet due to acting lethargic and not having an appetite. After taking him to the emergency vet, we discovered he ate something he shouldn't have (a part of a towel) and as a result had to have a portion of intestine removed.
It's been a couple weeks now and he's back to his loving self already. His stitches look good and he's behaving as he should. Hopefully we are out of the woods with him now and hopefully he doesn't eat anything else he shouldn't.

Oh my, I'm so happy he is better. I had a very sweet dog who used to eat hankies, socks and underwear. This is so scary when animals do this. Sending lots of love to everyone at SAF!!!
