The thing is; using a blur doesn't work when you have someone who can just unblur it at the end of the day. I know how to unblur images, it's not difficult to do just somewhat of a time cost.

I think having a blur would be nice the black boxes are a little off putting and def uncensor the nipples also side question I'm new here and wondering where I can get the fully uncensored versions

Iv never been a fan of the censorship but I get why you need to do it to keep people from putting your art out there before you’re ready for it to be there. That being said the bars do take away from the art in my opinion. All the colors and actions in the comics are broken up by the big black boxes that are just there. I think blurring would work in the long run without taking away from the art.

You should do what you want with your art, but in my opinion the blocky black bars do distract from the art sometimes, if that helps

Personally speaking I don’t think the nipples need to be censored. But again, it just adds to the want for the uncensored version. You want to see everything? Gotta wait. So it’s 50/50 for me.

Censorship doesn't necessarily have to exclusively be blocky black bars. You should experiment with thematic censoring, like a cloud of steam for a shower pic or someone conveniently stretching to cover the view of another's genitals. Censoring nipples is never appropriate though. Topless is justice!

I can only speak for myself. But yes seeing it all covered in the black boxes makes the wait for the true version all the better.

It’s your art, you can choose to censor it however you please. I think more of a blur would be better instead of the thick black bars, but it makes the uncensored version all the more worth it so… 🤷‍♂️
