Oh I agree with everyone else, I think you've nailed the ending. I figured something like this might happen considering in a prior chapter Yang mentions her suspicions between Summer and Raven and I wasn't sure how I felt about it but you really struck the landing. Good stuff

More specifically, I like the way Yang and Raven keep giving each other shit while trying to bond; how Raven earnestly tries to make up, having seen the ghost of Christmas future; and that surprise twist ending
