Upcoming Changes to Paid Membership Tiers
🕑 Added 2025-08-19 15:41:02 +0000 UTCAs we near the final stage of development, we've decided to make some changes to our paid membership tiers. Since the build you get to access now is much closer to the completion of the main story than what we had when we started, we believe it is time to adjust our minimum support price.
Starting from the 1st of September, minimum paid membership will start at $3 to get the name in the credits, and the tier to get access to Patron-only builds will be at $5.
If you're already supporting at $3, then nothing will change. New supporters starting from September 1st will have to support at $5 or above at least one month in order to get access to the Patron-only builds and any future updates.
Edit for clarification:
This change will affect new supporters who sign up starting from September only. If you have supported the project at $3 or more in the past, or currently supporting the project at $3 or more, there will be no change to your ability to play the game. You will still get access to the current and future patreon builds.

No, this has been changed long time ago. Cyrus and Tharsix won't be playable, at least not in the way Volga is in the current game. If Cyrus and Tharsix will be playable, it'll be their own side story (an entirely different campaign in the same game) or their own spinoff games. - Punipen

So... I'm just wondering, is there any update that will allow me to play as Tharsix as shown in earlier versions?

Past and current supporters are not affected by this. Those who are currently paying at $3 tier, or have paid $3 in the past, will still get access to the patreon build along with future updates. Regarding the future patreon builds, please read the announcement here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/105150062 As you can see, we did not say that we will no longer release new updates at all. We just don't want to release a new build with placeholders or unfinished content that we are not ready for the public to see. Additionally, starting from May report this year(https://www.patreon.com/posts/130338716) we also added a note saying: "Chapter 6, while finished for development team, IS NOT available right now for supporters. There is no plan for a release date as we want to focus on finishing the game. If we decide to release it, we will do it when we are ready." No, this does not postpone or cancel finishing the game. Any finished chapters right now is part of the process to finish the game. Hopefully this will clear any misunderstanding you have. -Punipen

im confused, didnt you announce, in October 2024, that you are no longer working on beta-releases because you are focusing on finishing the game (free to all) is the "finishing the game" canceled and you are releasing a new patreon build that people need to spend 5$ to access? when will the new bulid be released and how far back did the launch get postponed? lastly, why are past supporters affected by this? i understand new subscriber price increase. but i have paid more than $60 in the past 4 years, and IF im understanding correctly, i will not have access to the patreon build unless in start spending 3$ per month? is this for a new build? or access to the existing builds we have? itch.io access used to be "pay once play the demo forever" im not sure how this announcement works with all those details
