March 2020 Game!

So without further ado, a simple game comes your way.
Same as last time, you only have to guess the number hidden in the top of the image.
But here's some slightly helpful clues, to help narrow down your guess!
Clue #1: The number is 5 digits long.
Clue #2: The first number is 3.
Clue #3: Three of the five hidden numbers are in the date/time/year at the bottom.
So pretty well the same as my last game, if you were around for that.
Onto the prizes! As I mentioned, I'm removing the 3rd place prize so that 1st and 2nd can be a little more appealing.
1st Place: Either a full (colors/background) two-character request. Alternatively, a 2 page one-character comic.
2nd Place: A full single character request.
