The game is NOT using/applying Xbox/Playstation HDR Calibration app settings.
Measured Peak HDR Brightness of the game will not exceed 1.000 nits and there is no way to control/modify it.
For this reason it is suggested to use Dynamic Tone Mapping in order to offset potential highlights clipping and lost detail in bright areas.
The game also provides a regular Brightness/Gamma slider:
but you can leave it at Default as it seems to not have any effect in HDR.

Set intensity to 100, leave color gamut to default.

The pc version has a HDR intensity scale of 0-100 with a default value of 50. Also HDR color gamut there is Rec2020 or DPI-P3.
