Mike is trying to avoid listening to this cause it's his friends having their best lives while he's miserable. Also reminds him of how his relationship sucks. He has only gotten worse since he got together with Sandy and can't trust her now that she has cheated. So it's probably rubbing him the wrong way. Also reminds him of the good days when Daisy liked him. Now he's kinda a nobody to everyone around him. Sucks man. Not saying he didn't cause alot of these problems, but anyone who loses so much is gonna feel it alot and it's gonna change them and effect their personality.
