Hey, at least the rest of the track team already knows Mike has these outbursts (re: Paulo getting his face table-slammed) and they still like him. So maybe Mike will realize that and it'll be a lifeline this boy desperately needs. I get the anger, but dude, you can't just punch people even if it's emotionally justified. He's a teenager, yes, but this is the time to mature and not slap others to quiet them. Talk over others for once! Stop letting people talk over you and just explain yourself! Yell if you have to! I also gotta note: Lucy's abuse of others has been considered slapstick for so long (and is still slapstick in Love Again both with kicking Paulo to the ceiling AND slapping Augustus!). Mike's does not get treated this same way. She does it and it's "haha sound effects, dramatic impossible kick into ceiling, slapped person gets DX face", Mike does it and it's "forcibly shoving someone to the ground with a red bg and everything". Make it slapstick, Mike, and it's all okay!
