Call In For The First Episode Of BetterQuest At 7pm Central

At 7pm Central we're going live with the first episode of BetterQuest, our new call-in show about getting better with our former co-worker Jeff Cork. Each month we're setting goals for ourselves and we encourage the community to create ones for themselves as well, we'll be taking calls from the High Council Discord channel and talking about the goal you're setting for yourself. Then we can check back in at the start of next month!
The video will be public after the stream and the audio will be in the Patreon-exclusive podcast feed, just like MinnFAQs. We'll see you at 7pm Central! Let us know if you have any questions about how it all works!

I'm really excited about this show! My goal for the month is to walk my dog every day. I lost my physically active job since I needed to stay home with my kids during Covid and have gained weight and had more back pain. I need to get back to moving everyday!
Hey Ben and Jeff, I hope you two are doing well, its been nice to see all that you do for your state as well as for the Black community in America. It makes me proud to have joined you all on Patreon. Im working today so I cant make this call, for better quest I wanted to share that after I broke my elbow three years ago and I became very unmotivated in working out and eating healthy. I have hit a new “milestone” and gained 60 pounds since that accident and I want to lose at least 8-10 pounds back on my way to being more active. Thanks, Ozzy
