That's correct, they all are in face/skin details, this is how it's intended by default. However you can change this and change the used slots to tattoo using Sims4Studio, it's quite not difficult. You can find the instructions in the Female Bbody Details topic on LoversLab.

it worked for me but it all the items are not in the tatoo section and infact they are in the face details section is there any way i can fix that
