Bonus stuff update

This is another bonus stuff update regarding Kritical's workout machines. I spent some time digging into the things I wasn't able to do before in the XML code and made many improvements and not only there. So what's new:
- Made sims wear athletic outfit with undressing for workouts instead of nude outfit.
Sims will always undress bottom for workouts and will never be embarrassed by nudity, while other sims react to it. However the rest of the nudity behavior and gameplay will be affected with WickedWhims rules. For example, if you have nude workouts enabled, sims may also undress top and not dress up back after finishing workout depending on their nudity skill.
- Made workout interactions affected with Bracing Breezes lot trait. (Thanks to ADimGaR for bringing this to my attention)
- Totally changed Exercise Bike interaction tunings so that it worked in the same way as other machines. (it uses different sim positioning now and has a preparing animation too)
- Decreased the average time for all workouts.
- Made workouts affect Flirty, Energized and Happy sim moods (buffs boost).
- Added object sounds to animations and corrected sims sounds.
- Adjusted object footprints to prevent sims from walking through objects.
- Added tooltips to all object interactions.

Yes, it's WW outfit undressing behavior rules. You must allow shoes to stay on in WW nudity settings as you guessed. The same applies to other parts of clothing, such as accessories, if you want them to stay on, you need to allow that in WW settings. Also, since it's a workout machine, "allow shoes for nude workouts" (or something like that) setting matters as well.

Your sim in the picture is bottomless while still wearing shoes. You mentioned it still follows WW undress rules, so I suppose that means you have to deselect the "undress shoes with bottom" in the WW nudity settings in order to get this result or does your mod handle this?
