Co-ed crews will always be a problem. When I was in the service, I was in a co-ed IHAWK unit. No one dated anyone in our unit, but they did date with the locals and other units. Most of us were in for our 4 years and out, so only a couple long lasting relationships were formed. Sadly, a couple women got pregnant, despite rigorous sex education programs.
