Of course, my mind goes there, when it sees a new concept and wonders what else you can use it for. So, if you can manage to spin stabilize a lot of particles, could you with a bit more finagling, collimate them to make a Neutron Laser? Or at least line them up so the spread is only 0.01° per 10,000km? It would be the ultimate Kzinti Lesson in space...
