you should really react to the evil dead movies now which sam raimi also directed. you will really see his style come into razor focus, spiderman 2 is full of it.

You guys didn't pay attention that's why. Octavius said when first showing off the arms that they are impervious to heat and magnetism. Meaning the magnetic field would not effect the arms. So yeah there you go.
