Rachel Scene + Overworld NPC Bugfix

I have just finishing re-writing and re-making Rachel's vore scene!
This bugfix has fixed the game breaking with Rachel's scene, and stops the NPC in the overworld from blocking you.
With Rachel's scene, there is one small bug left. After the scene ends, the friend who got digested is standing still where she normally spawns, but she disappears if you press enter / click on her.

Thank you for the feedback, I'll make a list! Also, the goth girl is meant to be unbeatable.

Still having some issues. For one, there is still a black screen after defeating the goth girl. Then, when you go into the house at the start of the town, the girl just complains about you barging in and then the game softlocks on that image. Other than that, there isn't anything you can do with the girl in the town or the one that asks you to help with her bully. Also, the shack at the south end says you need to eat 5 girls but I did and it still won't let me in. It may be helpful to have a little list of scenes to know which ones are available
