The lights are put a bit randomly, so it looks bad, and the last shot is a bit tricky to figure out, there are going to be changes to these parts. hopefully i find some solutions to make it all look better. tbh i kinda don't like how low poly it looks at some points. unsure how to fix that though.

Yeah I think I'm gonna add some breakage stuff to sell the shot a bit more

Looks like a lucky break that she lives on the top floor x) Are you gonna do anything fancy to break the walls on the last shot? I don't think this style needs a big dust cloud or anything like that lol
