That's true, but taking medicine to reduce fever is still helpful. The immune system is good at a lot of things, but moderation isn't one of them. Nature doesn't optimize, it adapts, and just because it's a natural response doesn't mean it's ideal.

Not saying its not useful especially with other magic. But a fever is the body attempting to kill the disease because it will weaken the disease more than our immune system.
