I don't know how appropriate it is to write something like this here, but I want to share! I went to a psychiatrist for the first time and was finally diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Sounds terrible, but it's actually good, because I didn't know what was wrong with me for so many years. Now I'm taking pills and hoping that the quality of my life will improve and I will be more productive!
