Perhaps it is because the sadistic scene was the representative picture. The other day, I also uploaded a scene where I was bruised or bleeding, but it was immediately deleted and I was notified of a warning. I personally think that it is quite contradictory to rule out other concepts unconditionally if they are bloody or somewhat sadistic while accepting them.
