I'm not a medical doctor but I'm pretty sure that COVID has mutated and is now living in Gavin's penis. Either that or possibly some spiders crawled into his urethra to lay eggs and the eggs are now hatching and the baby spiders are having a sibling battle to struggle their way to the light at the end of the tunnel (the tunnel in this case is not an actual tunnel per se a tube running through Gavin's penis that I'm referring to as a "tunnel." #WordsMatter) In conclusion, I think their should be a Bann calendar for sale and a spot for landing fap batches. The end.
