I use android, but browser only. I don't use the app at all.

Not sure if this matters to anyone or not or if anyone else saw this but I’m just passing information. I did some digging on the Patreon website to get more info and I found this in the news section down a little bit on the page. It says “Before we go any further, we want to be crystal clear about one thing: Apple's fee will not impact your existing members. It will only affect new memberships purchased in the iOS app from November onward.”. Again not sure if it matters to anyone I’m just passing some info. (I’m a research person. When things like this happen I tend to dig a little deeper 😅)

Because I know how this question is being asked, I use the browser for all my patreon stuff. I don't use any of the apps, I just use the browser. When I do my patreon subscriptions I do them through a browser, when I view the content I view it through some sort of a browser, be that the mobile Firefox browser on Android or desktop Firefox.

I’m on iPhone. But will be switching to windows very soon because I want to support and because this is dumb what Apple are doing.

You're good, its not on the creators that apple is doing this. Either way many other patreon users just highly consider those to just use the browser over the app since it likely doesn't apply to the extra fee
