Exactly but shhhh don't tell everybody since everyone started piling in TN from other places and the realitors who were "made" and treated like family from us regular folk generation after generation got way too greedy when people from New York, California, Boston, Chicago, Connecticut on+on started moving in and I had lived at my country home for 17 years after my mother and most of my family passed away and in 2020 I had one increase from 800$ to 900$ before then but in 2020 she kept trying to push me out after our loyalty even when she had promised after 5 years our rent would go to owning the house and we signed and sealed all the paperwork and documents 7 years after but she tried to bully me by sending her evil, constant theiving brothers over there trying to bully me at 97 pds cancer so she could sell our place and then she did the unthinkable went to 1400$ a month immediately and then my husband of 34 yrs died and needless to say I have lost everything but the Lord has me and mine and everything is going to be fine but everyone here can't pay the rent these slumlords are raising it to. But I was kidding about shhhh I am glad people like Shawn and his awesome family are here need solid folk like that.
