When I planned the reboot, I had that notion in the back of my mind. Back in my D&D days, I had played a princess character who was precisely that: a spoiled brat—except that she would escape the castle at night to go adventuring into town as her alter ego ( (nicknamed "Whisper"). I figured at some point, I'd bring that into the narrative, just because it's a fun twist on the classic bratty princess trope.

I didn't see it coming either, at least not until your hint the other day. I'm surprised, as I'd have thought that Heather enjoyed being pampered too much to go in for something like that.
