Technically, no. She hasn't shared her true name with Heather, so Heather doesn't benefit from the magical protection that that would bring. She's Autumn's pet, which means other faeries (as a matter of courtesy and tradition) wouldn't cast magic on her, but the Ring of Dominus Femina isn't faerie magic, so it can technically affect Heather (and does/will).

There is only one problem - Heather is currently under the aegis of Faerie magick's which would block any other external control methods.
