Some comments are quite cringe and I suspect from people who're not well versed in English. Anyway, I don't dislike you and that's high praise. When people can't read their confirmation bias then sometimes they turn sour and go wild with their comments. Fortunately you can dismiss it so easily!

Thanks for the fun video. I’ve seen way worst held comments. Whenever you don’t know what to say reply “Thanks for promoting my video by leaving a comment 😁”. The algorithm doesn’t care if it’s a good or bad comment or thumbs up or down.
