Region Sketch 2 - Let's add some locations

I really loved the previous region sketch we finished together, so I decided to do another one!
I’ve shown the main terrain features - mountains, hills, a couple of rivers, one volcano on the island to start with, and that’s it.
You can suggest absolutely anything - from new climate zones and forests to small locations!

Troll Town - A city's worth of enterprising trolls have banded together to build a massive bridge joining the two landmasses because they believe it will make them a fortune. The bridge project has become so large that they have had to develop new bridge building techniques to make it possible and have started "building bridges" with other factions in order to keep the project going.
